Project Development & Financing
Feasibility studies, project proposals, and the financing documents your bank or financier needs to underwrite the build. We help you make the case before construction starts.
SolidWurth Corp. delivers agri-industrial facilities across the Philippines — from feasibility study through first production shift, and beyond. Permits, financing documents, design, construction, and operations support under one accountable team.
We engage long before the first drawing and stay through commissioning. Six services across the project arc — so you deal with one team, not five.
Feasibility studies, project proposals, and the financing documents your bank or financier needs to underwrite the build. We help you make the case before construction starts.
DENR Environmental Compliance Certificates, FDA and NMIS sanitary permits, LGU clearances. We assemble the compliance package that gets your facility approved without stalling the schedule.
Architecture, engineering, and construction under a single contract. We translate operational requirements — throughput, biosecurity, refrigeration — into facilities that perform on day one.
Schedules that hold, budgets that hold, contractors that hold. Our PMs run the site, manage the trades, and report to you in real numbers — not promises.
Detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates grounded in current Philippines material rates — so the proposal you receive is the budget you actually build to.
Civil works, structural steel, mechanical and electrical installation, refrigeration systems, and wastewater treatment integration — executed by skilled crews under direct supervision.
Specialized infrastructure for the agri-industrial sector — from live-bird intake to processed-product cold chain.
A snapshot of completed and in-progress agri-industrial work across the Philippines.
From the first feasibility conversation through the first production shift — we stay with the project end-to-end.
We start before construction. Feasibility studies your bank can underwrite, project planning, and the regulatory permits — DENR, FDA, NMIS, LGU — that get your facility approved. You walk into ground-breaking with the paperwork done.
Our architects and engineers work with you to translate operational requirements — throughput, biosecurity, refrigeration, regulatory clearances — into drawings that match the production reality you're building toward.
Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and wastewater systems executed under direct supervision. We hand over a working facility — built to the throughput targets in the spec, ready for first production shift.
After handover, we can stay on — as operations consultants advising your team, or under a full management contract running the facility for you. The choice depends on whether you're an operator or an investor.
Most contractors disappear at handover. We can stay on — as advisors to your operations team, or under a full management contract running the facility for you.
Senior advisory for your in-house operations team. Throughput optimization, biosecurity programs, refrigeration efficiency, regulatory continuity, and continuous-improvement programs grounded in the operator background SolidWurth was built on.
We run the plant under a management contract — staffing, production scheduling, biosecurity, compliance reporting, maintenance, and continuous improvement. You receive monthly performance reports against agreed throughput and quality targets.
SolidWurth Corp. was established on 14 October 2019 by Jonathan Profugo — a manufacturing engineering management graduate of De La Salle University-Taft. Before founding the company, Jonathan spent years at a leading agri-industrial equipment manufacturer, designing and commissioning poultry dressing plants, slaughterhouses, wastewater treatment systems, and custom-fabricated equipment for clients across the Philippines.
That dual exposure — engineering the build, then standing alongside operators as the plant came online — shapes how we engage at every stage. Before construction, we know which financing numbers a bank will scrutinize, which DENR and NMIS clearances will stall a schedule if filed out of order, and which feasibility assumptions an investor will challenge. During design and build, we engineer for the production reality — not just structural integrity. After handover, we can stay on as advisors to your team, or run the facility ourselves under a management contract.
We work across the Philippines on poultry dressing plants, hog and cattle slaughterhouses, cold storage, farms, swine facilities, and wastewater treatment systems. Our clients are operators and investors who'd rather work with one accountable team across the full project arc than coordinate five different vendors with five different motivations.
"Our clients have plants to run and businesses to manage. They don't have time to chase five vendors with five different motivations. So they hired us to be the only call they make." Jonathan Profugo · CEO, SolidWurth Corp.
